Evidenze is an International Company of services and solutions in the management of knowledge in health. Specialized in Clinical Research (CRO), Medical Education, Patient Support Programs, Strategic Consulting and Communication agency.

High Research was born in 2001 as a national CRO dedicated to the management of phase I-IV clinical trials and observational studies from protocol writing, ethics and regulatory activities, site monitoring until final clinical report production.

Since 2006 High Research started to collaborate with various international CROs with no Italian headquarter to conduct activities related to the Italian part of international trials.

Along the years High Research developed a close cooperation with universities, hospitals and scientific societies for the planning and management of no-profit and observational trials and was selected as preferred provider by some major Italian research institutes.

In 2020, Dynamic, together with Grupo Pulso and with the support of GED Capital, led to the creation of Evidenze, a global knowledge services company in the health sector.

In its internationalization process High Research joined Evidenze in 2021.
